I stumbled across this somewhere, I'm just not sure where.

I read in another newletter (sorry but can't recall which one as
it was several months back) about them having a problem with
a volume of spam mail. They said that they started sending a
bill to the excessive abusers. Amazingly some of the spammers
paid the bill and cease to send mail. Most of the others, the
ones with valid addresses of course, ceased sending the spam.
I have tested the above by sending it out with a letter to
excessive spammers, I must say it gets their attention. I
always add that this is not a bill, but if the spam continues
I will bill them according to the above. Many have written
back and apologized.
Just food for thought.
I don't go after spammers with a vengence as some people do
unless they keep hitting me day after day with 5-10 messages
a day. I usually just use the delete key. I personally would
hate reporting them to their ISP and possibly cause them to
lose their service. (Guilt trip I guess...grin)
However on some ocassions that is the only way to get it
stopped! I guess what I hate worse is, being put on a "safe
list" and then having the heck pounded out of your email

Windows Quickie Explorer
If you have the new keyboard with the windows key on it, you can
instantly popup Windows Explorer. By holding down the Windows
Key and then pressing the E key, it will instantly pop up
the Windows Explorer window.

Using the run command to connect to a URL on the
internet:
Click the Start button.
Then click Run.
When the box opens for input, type the URL internet address.
Then press Enter.
Of course you have to be connected to the internet, or it will

the browser.
