FYI: Ramblings
Well For Your Information, I am blank this week. Still
getting lots of Spam... so I shouldn't go hungry. What with the
holiday week and all, it has been plum crazy around here at the
Knuckles house. I do hope all of you had a good holiday weekend,
of course we have to remember that not everyone had a holiday
weekend. Depends upon where you are at. Isn't it funny how some-
times it is great to get back to work after a vacation, just so
you can get some rest!
As the rest of the year progresses (which is now half over or
started...) lets continue to remember those who have served and
are serving our country. Why is it we only remember them one
weekend out of the year, when they continue to serve us year
round?
After a busy weekend and week already, I'm swamped again trying
to catch up. For those of you who are into marketing that are
on the list, my Mail-Co Digest will be back out this weekend,
with some good info on things to watch out for when starting
your business. These are based on some of the problems I have
had to overcome from an unexpected big boost of business from
my new product. I had discontinued it until I recovered from
the surgery but the June issue will come out this weekend.
Mail-Co is a monthly newsletter aimed at the home business,
small business and internet marketing community.

Tips:
Ever wanted to grab something off the start menu but just
couldn't find it. Try this, in the example below, we will put
the control panel folder on the desktop for easy access when you
want to change settings. There are several ways to do it, here
we will do it in Windows 95 using the copy function. That way
you can copy the control panel shortcut in other folders as well.
Right click the Start Menu Button
Click on OPEN
Double click the Programs Folder
Double click the Main Folder
Now, Right Click on Control Panel
>From the pop up click on COPY
Now you can close all the previous windows, go out to your
desktop, right click on the destop and then click PASTE when
the pop up appears. You now have a shortcut to the control
panel folder on your desktop. You can also paste it in other
folders if you have any for special applications, etc.

Organization:
Setup personal folders for applications that are of the same
type. Such as a folder for all of your graphics programs.
Just right click where you want the new folder.
Choose NEW then FOLDER.
Then type in the name of the folder at the prompt beside
the new folder.
You can create shortcuts in this folder to access all of
your other graphic folders and programs from within this
one folder. Just use the copy and paste method described
in the first tip to copy and paste.
