FYI: There have been several reports of ATM envelope poisoning
lately on the internet, and I have seen some in email. However
I'm not going to say if the reports are true or not, I haven't
been able to find any hard facts that its true. But just the
same for safety's sake I'll pass it on. Seems pranksters, if
you
call it that will put a smalll amount of arscenic on the ATM
envelope, of course when the unsuspecting person licks the glue
then they get sick, one report had a person dying, I haven't
confirmed that though. If anyone does hear or know of this to
be true, please let me know.

Tips:

Archiving data on CD-ROM.
Do NOT use solvent-based markers to write on your CD's.
It will eat into the coating of the CD's and destroy your data.
These are the strong smelling markers.

Heat will accelerate the process.

If you currently write directly on to the CD's, using these
type
markers then I suggest you to check the data on them and
replace them as soon as you can. Of course once the data is
destroyed, there is no way to retrieve it.
